We are still buzzing with excitement from our first-ever Halloween Performance Party last night! What a fantastic evening it was, filled with music, laughter, and Halloween spirit. Our Be Sharp family truly knows how to throw a party, and we're here to share all the thrilling details with you.
Our talented students, ranging from ages 5 to 12, joined us in their most creative and impressive costumes. From Wonder Woman and clowns to Anna, ballerinas, and even Naruto, our students truly embraced the Halloween spirit with their imaginative outfits.
Our guitar teacher, Nick, orchestrated a series of fun and engaging games that had everyone on their toes. The Candy Corn Relay Race quickly became a crowd favourite, as kids used straws to skillfully maneuver candy corn from table to bowl. Laughter and cheers filled the air as they mastered this challenging task.
Another highlight of the evening was the Mummy Wrap game, where students worked in teams to unwrap toilet paper from one another. It was a hilarious sight to see kids transforming into mummies, their giggles echoing through the room.
A big shoutout to our vocal teacher, Amanda, for organizing a fantastic performance segment. Our talented music students showcased their skills, turning our party into a mini concert. From spooky tunes to classic favorites, the performances were outstanding. Who knew a scarecrow could play "Owl in the Night," or Buzz Lightyear could channel both bat and cat in one song? And of course, our very own Owlette's rendition of "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" was absolutely enchanting.
But the surprises didn’t end there! Our amazing kids were treated to a special reptile show by Nick, our resident reptile keeper. Stella, the crested gecko, and Sigrid, the Blue Tongue Skink, made appearances, capturing everyone's attention. It was a unique opportunity for the kids to get up close and personal with these fascinating creatures, creating unforgettable memories for all.
As the night came to a close, we were left with hearts full of gratitude and anticipation for the future. We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate Halloween, surrounded by our talented students, dedicated teachers, and supportive families.
Thank you all for making our Halloween Performance Party a spooktacular success! We can't wait to host an even bigger and better event next year. Until then, keep practicing, keep smiling, and keep the music alive. Happy Halloween,
Be Sharp family!
