Tuition Rates
Our current standard tuition fee is $100/month for weekly, 30 minute lessons. Lesson rates may vary for longer, or more frequent, lessons. Your lesson fees are invoiced once monthly.
Please note that you are charged for lessons monthly, not per lesson. This means that your tuition fee will remain the same each month, regardless of the number of lessons. This monthly fee reflect the overall value that our music academy provides; aside from high quality lessons & teaching staff, we also offer free studio activities & initiatives that our students can take advantage of. A flat monthly fee makes things consistent & simple on your end, and on ours!
Billing Information
Your lesson tuition is invoiced once per month. Invoices are sent the first week of the month and payment is due 15 days after invoice is received.
A $10 late fee will be charged if payment has not been received by the due date. If you have any concerns regarding your payment date, please contact the studio ASAP. Lesson time slots may be forfeited if payment has not been made.
Lesson Dates
Lessons for the 2024-2025 year will run from Sept 9, 2024 - June 20, 2025
The studio is closed during the following dates:
Dec 23, 2024 - Jan 3, 2025 (Winter Break)
March 10 - 14, 2025 (March Break)
All stat holidays (Oct 14, Feb 17, Apr 18 & 21, May 19)
Lesson Cancellation Policy
If your lesson is cancelled by the studio (for reasons such as Teacher illness), your lesson will be rescheduled for a time that is mutually convenient for you and the studio. If such a time cannot be found, you will receive a credit for this missed lesson. Lessons cancelled by the student are not eligible for refund, and th0ugh our staff may attempt to reschedule lessons missed due to student cancellations, this is not a guarantee.
Studio closure dates (Winter Break, March Break & stat holidays) are not considered studio cancellations, and are not eligible to be rescheduled or refunded.
